On-Premise Spirits Sales Supervisor

Position Responsibilities:

• This role will oversee a team of spirits account development specialists
• Field based position supporting on-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, and event venues
• As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelfing position, and pricing
• You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market
• Other duties as assigned
