Role Purpose
The Senior Treasury Analyst is a strategic member of Primient’s Treasury Department by providing timely and insightful decision support analysis to drive better decision making enabled by delivery of effective reporting and planning, processes and tools.
Main Accountabilities
Cash Forecasting & Analysis
- Manage and enhance the current 13-week cash forecasting model and process through collaborative work with key input subject matter experts and analysis of current forecasts with actuals
- Manage daily cash forecast that works in tandem with the 13-week cash forecast to optimize borrowing levels and maturities contributing to minimizing interest expense
- Integrate daily and 13-week cash forecasts into establishing a detailed annual cash flow forecast
- Work with P2P (Procure to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash) functions to optimize working capital through active cash management
Debt Management
- Ensure accurate and timely compliance with debt agreements and associated reporting obligations
- Assist in preparation of interest expense for both the reporting of actuals and the forecasting
- Manage the credit agreements covenant compliance and ABL borrowing base certificates
- Recommend ABL borrowing decisions to optimize debt positions while balancing available sources of capital, interest costs of borrowing and cash needs
- Actively manage the company’s participation in customer facing supply chain financing programs
Risk Management
- Collaborate with Global Treasury Manager and Brazil Treasury Manger to identify currency exposures and develop/recommend appropriate hedge strategies
- Analyze and optimize subsidiary cash levels to support cross border intercompany dividend settlements
- Maintain knowledge on current market (interest rate and currency) trends
- Assist in maintaining currency hedging program as appropriate
Reporting/Teamwork/Optimization
- Support Treasury initiatives related to corporate credit card vendor, daily cash and liquidity management
- Continuously look for operational efficiencies and savings opportunities
- Assist in preparation of Treasury’s month-end reporting and ad-hoc project based financial analysis
- Ensure compliance by Treasury team with internal controls program
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Finance-related areas.
- 3-5 years of relevant treasury or finance experience.
- Early workday start and flexibility with work hours to overlap with European business partners and peers.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent ability to build rapport and develop collaborative working relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of peopleup, down and across the organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Skills.

Total Rewards
The annual pay range estimated for this position is $79,840.00 - $99,800.00 and is bonus eligible.
Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.During the interview process there will be an opportunity to discuss how your background fits into the pay range.
