Expected compensation of $78,767 to $87,519, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k)
Job Summary:
Serves as an &ldquoexpert&rdquo in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service. Serves as a trainer for other technicians in the eld. Demonstrate the ability to assume a leadership role within the daily work crew. Conducts quality control checks necessary to evaluate work performance of eld personnel and provides feedback to management. Prepares reports for Service Manager on issues that affect the group or the division, listing out the issues with resolutions. Promotes the sale of all other services offered by our Company to customers. Exempli es Company values.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Job Function)
1. Services on customer&rsquos premises, all types of HVAC equipment.
2. Serves as expert in handling aggravated cases involving multiple requests for service.
3. Conducts quality control checks necessary to evaluate work performance of install personnel and provides feedback to management.
4. Attends manufacturers&rsquo schools on new equipment to learn service/install techniques and parts required. Instructs other employees in making repairs.
5. Serves as trainer for other service techs in the eld.
6. Promotes the sale of all other services offered by our Company to customers.
7. Conducts safety Audits and helps manage the near miss program.
8. Serves as expert with the duties and responsibilities of Senior Journeyman HVAC Service.
Knowledge:
1. Advanced knowledge and demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and problems relating to the
performance/installation of heating/cooling equipment.
2. Advanced knowledge in the tools and material and the ability to recommend procedure changes to meet special needs, and to adapt to changes in industry.
Skills/Abilities:
1. Advanced skills in sales and the ability to make recommendations to others of all services offered by our Company.

5. Technical expertise
Education/Experience:
Minimum seven (7) years&rsquo work experience in house-heating/cooling equipment including high ef ciency furnaces, electric heat, and heat pumps.
Competencies:
1. CFC Certi cation I and II, TDLR HVAC Certified license and NATE.
2. Valid Houston Driver&rsquos license and meets Company driving standards.
Other (Including physical requirements, working conditions, etc.):
1. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
2. Recent convictions for crimes reasonably related to activities of this job may disqualify an applicant.
