- Start Date: Starts March 3rd 2025
- Pay range: $50,000-70,000 per year as a salaried full-time employee.
- Year Round: These positions are on mountain all year and are a core group of essential staff that have tasks even during our off season to organize and prepare.
- Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Why Work with Us Manage a team of 5 for the Cash Accounting Department with a focus on fostering a positive and supportive environment, while promoting and ensuring policies and procedures that safeguard the company's cash assets and empower our cash-handling team at Snowshoe Mountain, Inc.
Job Responsibilities:- Take charge of ensuring accurate and timely daily revenue postings, contributing to the smooth operation and financial success of the company.
- Manage cash levels based on sales and traffic, ensuring proper denominations for change and secure handling, transport, and deposit.
- Oversee credit card account management, settlements, chargebacks, and disputes with banks and processors.
- Support sales teams, ensure accurate documentation, and timely posting to accounting systems.
- Hire, train, and evaluate Cash Accounting staff, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Lead cash shortage investigations, recommend discipline, and handle significant shortages with the COO.
- Provide cash handling certification training and enforce safety procedures.
- Manage vault and change machine operations, ensuring proper money supplies and maintenance.
- Implement cash accounting policies, foster Finance team cooperation, and administer voucher programs.
- Serve as PCI Compliance Liaison, safeguarding guest financial information.
- Audit change funds, prepare flash reports, and manage vending collections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: - BS in accounting, finance, or related field
Experience: - 3 years of experience in similar position
- A total of 7 years of experience as similar position may substitute for BS degree with 3 years
Driving:- Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
