Financial Systems Analyst Sr Advisor

Our work depends on Financial Systems Analyst Sr Advisor joining our team to support the client in the Operation and Maintenance of SAP Financial (FI) Systems.

HOW A FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Performs analysis, administration, and end-user training of financial systems and applications

  • Utilize your functional knowledge in one or more SAP Financial modules including FI/CO, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting(AM), Funds Management(BCS/FM), Procurement for Public Sector (SRM/PPS), Budget Planning System (BPS) (Budget formulation and 3-year rolling forecast, BW/BOBJ (FI/CO, BCS/FM, MM, AM, IdM reports) SRM/PPS reporting, Tax/travel SAP functional, SAP HR/Payroll, etc.

  • Ensure that business needs are translated into clear technical requirements and solutions that bring value to the organization through the implementation and maintenance of SAP Financial solutions.

  • Demonstrate your SAP implementation skills, including configuration, testing, and post-implementation to meet mission requirements for Federal Financial operations.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Concur/MLINQ, business forms, HR/Payroll, and integrations with legacy Financial Systems.


Meet with team weekly and extensive email and TEAMS chat interaction with team and other client staff.
Respond to email and client entered tickets to analyze and resolve issues.

Attend Engineering Review Boards to review/present EWM tickets with proposed solutions.
Will work
Use your skills and knowledge of SAP to recommend innovative solutions to client identified problems.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Proven SAP/FI expertise and experience with SAP t-codes, tables and processes; Federal Financials experience is desirable.

  • Experience learning new client business and implementing SAP solutions.

  • Working knowledge of ABAP and ability to collaborate with ABAP programmers

  • Experience writing and executing test cases

  • Experience creating and updating system documentation

  • Education: Bachelors Degree

  • Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience

  • Security Clearance Level: Government Security Clearance

  • Strong communication (written and verbal0, analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop new solutions to problems and determining new processes, methods or directives.

  • Ability to provide technical advice to team members and meet with stakeholders to advise on technical solutions to business needs

  • Must be a team player with a willingness to be coached/learn, able to work directly with ABAP’rs, and detailed enough to know we have to test things over and over.

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
