Key Responsibilities:
As a nurse with Pinnacle Home Care, you will:
- Deliver nursing care per the client’s care plan, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and coordinate health promotion, prevention, and direct care.
- Provide education, training, and support to clients and their families.
Job Requirements:
- Hold an active Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Florida
- Have at least one year of experience in home health care or a healthcare facility.
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
- Possess a solid understanding of professional nursing principles and home health documentation.
- Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills.
- Communicate effectively with nursing managers and colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
Physical and Job Conditions:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible.
- Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques.
- Engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and occasional lifting or turning of clients.
