Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA therapy team in Denver, CO. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to determine client needs.

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.

  • Train and support caregivers and families in implementing behavior intervention strategies.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including session notes and progress reports.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

  • Active BCBA license in Colorado (or willingness to obtain).

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
