Shift - 6am - 3pm
What this job involves - The Lead Facilities Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility. This includes troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and ordering and installing new equipment. The Lead Facilities Technician also supervises a team of facilities technicians.
What is your day to day
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Patching and paintwork
- Order and install new equipment.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Train and develop maintenance technicians.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records.
- Comply with all safety regulations.
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Local Certification
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
