Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Requirements:
- LA License
- 2 years experience
- Malignant Hematology/BMT or Oncology experience
- Epic experience
- BLS
- NIH
- ACLS
- ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy course
- CPI preferred
Other Details:
- Must live more than 75 miles away from facility
- Float Requirement: Yes, may float if BMT census drops
- Patient Ratio: 1:4
MALIGNANT HEMATOLOGY/BMT EXPERIENCE OR ONCOLOGY EXP REQUIRED
Will accept Oncology Experience (ONS Chemo Certified) and orient to BMT
EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Bone Marrow Biopsy, Central Line Management, & Blood and Bone Marrow Transplants
Required Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIH, & ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy course
Preferred Certs: CPI
