WellPower seeks ahighly skilled Executive Assistant to support our newly promoted Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) during a pivotal leadership transition. This is more than an administrative roleit's an opportunity to be a strategic partner in shaping the success of an executive and a growing clinical team of 500+ professionals.

As the CCO builds a high-performing clinical services team, you will:

  • Anticipate and address the needs of an executive in transition.
  • Optimize workflows, communications, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison across departments, fostering alignment.
  • Support clinical leadership in delivering exceptional mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, email, and high-priority tasks for the CCO.
  • Act as a key liaison between leadership, directors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, and briefing materials to support decision-making.
  • Improve administrative processes, project tracking, and workflow efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Position Qualifications

  • Bach and 5+ years supporting a VP/C-Level executive(or 8+ years without a degree).
  • Project management experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or human services is a plus.

What You Can Expect

  • Salary: $65,000 - $76,000/year + comprehensive benefits.
  • Location: 3401 Eudora St, Denver, CO
  • Schedule: Full-time, typical office hours with flexibility.
  • Work Style: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week, Colorado residency required).
