Solving Autism, LLC is currently seeking to add a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to our clinic-based practice in the South Charlotte area. Required Criteria -
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field
Hold current BCBA or BCaBA certificate in good standing with the BACB
Proof of completion of the BACB’s 8-hour Supervision Training
Minimum of 1 year experience in the ABA Field
Preference will be given to candidates who -
Have experience conducting relevant developmental assessments. (I.E. VB Mapp, The Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLS, etc.)
Have experience developing treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
Hold certification in QBS: Safety Care Levels 1 & 2 for behavior support and physical management
Are skilled with training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) staff
Are committed to prioritizing family involvement and completing monthly parent education opportunities
Are excited to work collaboratively as a member of a team
Have experience using Central Reach for programming and practice management
Are well-reputed for their abilities to be a contributing member of a team, remain organized while multi-tasking and demonstrate professional communication which upholds client dignity and respect.
