We are hiring a Clinical Director, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Responsible for all clinical operational aspects in the state of Pennsylvania. Regions include Pittsburgh and Philadelphia ensuring compliance with funding sources and building program
- Develop clinical Policies and Procedures in compliance with the regulations in assigned state(s)
- Perform outreach to develop and maintain relationships with pediatrician’s offices, families, clinics, diagnosticians, and other potential referral sources in order to increase referrals
- Ensure cases are properly staffed and assists in recruiting as necessary.
- Provide orientation/training and supervision to BHT-ABAs/RBTs; facilitate group supervision to clinical team and professional development opportunities for clinical team.
- Maintain/mange caseload
- Collaborate with Administrative Director on hiring, operations, training, etc.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree required
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- A minimum of4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience
- A passion for working with children and their families!
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
