Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and activities to drive adoption and minimize resistance to change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on business processes, systems, and people.
- Design and deliver training programs and materials to support end-users in adapting to changes and utilizing new tools and processes.
- Identify and manage stakeholders, engaging them through effective communication and involvement throughout the change process.
-Develop and implement communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging about changes and their benefits.
- Conduct change readiness assessments and monitor the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
-Provide coaching and support to leaders, managers, and teams to enable them to effectively lead and support their teams through change.
-Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in organizational change management
-Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and subject matter experts to align change efforts with business objectives
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as a Change Manager or related field.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Due to federal requirements, all candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.
- This is an on-site position at a government facility.
- Requires presence on-site five days per week in Colorado Springs, CO.
- Candidates must reside within a commutable distance.
- Participation in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency page-outs is required.
