Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate patients and families on continued care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers for seamless transition and support.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.

2. BCLS upon hire and maintain current.

3. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

4. ACLS within 30 days of hire and maintained current.
