Enjoy working at our South Corporate office located at 1800 Innovation Point, 5th Floor, Fort Mill, SC. Primary office hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with the option to work offsite on Friday.

Starting salary: $45,000. Commensurate with experience.

This role is perfect for those with foundational marketing knowledge and a drive to manage and execute promotional campaigns that resonate with our customers. Responsibilities:

Co-Op Support:

  • Develop co-op marketing briefs for appropriate channel owners.
  • Track and ensure the completion of co-op marketing tactics in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile co-op invoices with the finance department.
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of vendor contacts.
  • Coordinate vendor meetings to discuss co-op opportunities and strategies.
  • Create Proof & KPI deck templates for the co-op season and key vendors, used for invoicing after co-op tactics are completed.

Promo Campaign Support:

  • Create and manage omni-channel coupons.
  • Maintain content calendars, ensuring all marketing stories are accurately recorded by day, week, and month.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Host and facilitate Go-To-Market meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with professionals at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment with both internal stakeholders and outside agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines, and shift focus between projects / tasks, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales and customer data and make conclusions / recommendations.
