Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required from last 3 years.
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
This is a Float pool position and RN will float to ICU and PCU units
every other weekend
Nurse to Patient Ratio: Critical Care Track is 1:2;1:3;1:4;1:5 and Intermediate Care Track is 1:3;1:4;1:5
Scrub Color: Blue-Royal
Areas of Float Support: Critical Care Track would cover 11T, IMCU and ICU. Intermediate Care Track would cover 11 Tower and 8 Atrium IMCU
