Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 36 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
MSIC (TICU) - Required
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours bi-weekly
RTO blackout dates: No time granted off during spring break 3/30-4/5
Required:
Candidates must be competent in managing care of the highest level of acuity patients, with a background in neuro/trauma.
Orientation: 1 Week - Day 1: Hospital Based Learning Classes, Days 2 and 3 are spent on the unit on the designated shift candidates will be working with a preceptor RN
Patient Ratio: 1/2 Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1/1 care, we do a 1/3 ratio on some of our more stable patients. This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments.
Candidates must have a background with proficient level of performance in the care of critically ill neuro and trauma patients.
