Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.
Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Tele nurses can float to Med-Surg with full assignment (customarily 4-5 days and 5-6 nights, occasionally higher or lower based on acuity and coverage levels)
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 70 beds
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 7p-11p 1:4-5 and 11p-7a 1:5-6
Types of procedures required: Assessing and medicating patients. Will recover Cath lab pts and thoracic patients.
Required skills and minimum years of experience: Telemetry Trained
