Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 3 years.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
Shift: E/O weekend and Holiday rotation, block scheduling approved, voluntary call
GH Bi-weekly: 72 or 96
RTO max: 1 week
Scope of role: Higher med-surg acuity with diagnoses of stroke, seizures, post op neuro surgeries, level 2 trauma patients and level 1 trauma post-ICU care,and other diagnoses like DKA, renal failure, and general post op care
Floating: yes
Skills required: Expertise in neuro assessments, critical thinking skills, drain management and post-surgical care, chest tube, groin site management post IR
