This position will initially sit at Piedmont Atlanta before moving to our new offices at Atlantic Station.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The Manager of Clinical Education is responsible for the effective and reliable delivery of unit-based clinical learning and the Advanced Imaging Residency Program for Imaging Services across Piedmont Healthcare. Directs, coordinates, and oversees all education-related work of the clinical coordinators within Imaging Services. Ensures that the entity's unit-based learning and development activities follow established roles and guidelines. In partnership with the VP of Imaging the manager will recruit, and select residents for CT, MR, Mammography, Ultrasound and CV CT/MRI advance imaging residency program. Establishes and monitors KPI for clinical coordinators unit-based activities and effectiveness. Directly reports to the VP of Imaging.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Nuclear Medicine program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four (4) years of imaging technologist experience in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology or Mammography.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Must be ARRT with Advance Certification in area of educational instruction, i.e. (CT) (MR) (M) (VI) or ARDMS or NMTCB registered. Dual certifications preferred.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
BLS certification required.
Previous educator experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
