The Role:
We’re seeking a skilled BCBA to oversee treatment plans, guide behavior technicians, and work closely with families to ensure client progress. Your expertise will play a key role in achieving measurable behavioral improvements.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Conduct FBAs and design evidence-based BIPs.
•Supervise and mentor technicians to deliver high-quality services.
•Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
•Partner with caregivers to align therapy goals with family needs.
•Ensure thorough documentation of services and outcomes.
Qualifications:
•BCBA certification in good standing.
•Master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
•Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
