What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, etc.)

  • Develop and update treatment plans and BIPs

  • Supervise and support RBTs through observation and feedback

  • Collaborate with families for effective parent training

  • Track and review client progress

  • Work closely with our admin team to ensure authorizations and documentation stay on track

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Master’s degree in related field

  • Reliable transportation and comfort with local travel

  • Experience with in-home ABA preferred (not required)
