What You'll Do
Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, etc.)
Develop and update treatment plans and BIPs
Supervise and support RBTs through observation and feedback
Collaborate with families for effective parent training
Track and review client progress
Work closely with our admin team to ensure authorizations and documentation stay on track
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in related field
Reliable transportation and comfort with local travel
Experience with in-home ABA preferred (not required)
