SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall administration and development of Customer Experience applications including, but not limited to, websites, configurator and pricing tools, alternative delivery methods such as APIs as well as customer support applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Administrative and Development ownership of CX (front-end) applications by supporting ongoing initiatives and routine maintenance
  • Must work with broader IT teams and business teams to accomplish tasks as assigned.
  • Co-author of the product roadmap, this position leads development efforts as well as day-to-day troubleshooting.
  • Lead development and planning of enhancements and releases as determined by business requirements.
  • Maintain and improve on existing integrations with third party applications, including future tie-ins to Glovia for services, pricing, BOMs/routers, etc.
  • Development of any administrative toolsets accompanying data administration related to costing (BOMs/routers), pricing, services, etc.
  • Assist with project/product roadmap, planning and resource allocation
  • Maintain calendar of upgrades and provide updates and analysis to ITS team regarding releases and updates
  • Administrative and Development ownership of SnapLogic
  • Evangelize SnapLogic platform to internal customers through training, guidance and development assistance
  • Administer SnapLogic user access as required
  • Product Owner for AirBorn API (AirBorn as a Service)
  • Continue development efforts on customer/distributor facing API
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation of processes
  • Correspondence with business teams for building enhancements around business processes, further learning products and gaining business knowledge, etc.
  • Ticketing and helpdesk support (CPQHelp, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Requires knowledge typically acquired through:

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university,
  • Three to five years related experience or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing or engineering.
  • Full stack development capabilities in web-native languages: Mastery of BML, JavaScript (Native, Node and React/Angular flavors), server side languages (PHP) and interaction with databases (mySQL, Mongo, etc)
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO
  • Proficiency in system and data structure design
  • Deep understanding of API (REST & SOAP) design and functionality
  • Deep understanding of Oracle CPQ, CX Commerce and B2C Service Cloud
  • Mastery of SnapLogic integration platform
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have proven ability to translate customer/user insights and technical needs into design objectives
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate
  • Experience effectively leading multi-faceted teams and projects despite not having direct authority
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Salary Range: $69,000 - $116,000/year (depends on level of experience)
