How you will change lives
- Participate in the Family/Guardian/Friends Liaison Program activities, building a friendly and open communication network with the natural supports of persons-served.
- Engage persons-served in problem solving, skill training, side-by-side activities, and monitor their well-being.
- Document on the progress, or lack of progress, towards goals of persons-served at the close of each shift.
- Provide supreme customer services, always being courteous, responsive, professional, and helpful to the organization’s internal and external customers.
- Adhere to high level of health and safety practices in physical facilities and with corporate vehicles.
- Function as a team member and actively participate in team staff meetings.

We are Hopeful you have
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certification Required
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with capability to deal effectively with people (internal and external).
- Basic knowledge and skill in simple arithmetic, operating household procedures, basic nutrition, cooking, cleaning, performing routine household tasks and maintenance.
- Two years of related experience.
- Certified Peer Support Specialist preferred.
- Maintain a valid motor vehicle operator license.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, the use of technological advances that include, but is not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, NP Network, fax/copy machines, cell phones, etc.
