As a Home Care Office Manager, you will: - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare
- Receive referral calls, verify client insurance, document intake calls for Clients, and schedule care professionals for Home Care or Staffing assignments
- Maintain accurate Client and Employee personnel files
- Review vendor invoices for accounts payable and submits to Franchise
- Perform Human Resources functions
- Assist with Marketing and Payroll functions
- Promote the Agency through education to prospective and existing Clients, and referral sources
- Complete other assignments as requested and assigned
To qualify to be a Home Care Office Manager with us, you will need: - Associate Degree of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful business experience in health care, temporary help, or related industry
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory and people management experience
- Valid driver’s license and valid state proof of auto insurance
- Excellent communication skills
