Responsibilities - Service Technician:
- Accurately diagnose and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Clearly document and communicate repair needs, required parts, and estimated repair time to Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical and electronic components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Maintain detailed service and repair records for accuracy and compliance.
- Install new equipment, components, and systems as needed.
- Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle testing to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures to maintain vehicle safety and functionality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, based on expertise and certifications.
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:
- Service Technician Experience is Required.
- ASE and/or Ford Certification is a Plus!
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task.
- Good work ethic and a “can do” attitude.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
