JOB SUMMARY: The Workplace Violence (WPV) Reduction Instructor is a highly skilled professional responsible for developing, facilitating, and evaluating comprehensive training programs focused on de-escalation techniques, self-defense, and workplace violence prevention. This role equips employees with the essential skills needed to effectively manage and respond to potential threats, fostering a culture of safety and security. As a subject matter expert, the WPV Reduction Instructor collaborates with key stakeholders to continuously refine training programs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the mission and values of LifeBridge Health.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 years in workplace violence prevention, training, security, law enforcement, healthcare or a related field is required.
- Must complete the Masada Train-the-Trainer program within 3 months of the start date.
