Manpower Engineering is seekinga safety focused Sr. EHS Manager to join the senior management team of our central Indiana client. Looking for a strong leader with energy, drive and fortitude. Basic Qualifications
- Will be focused on the safety side of EHS.
- Looking for someone who has a desire to fix things and leave a legacy. You will make a difference and will be able to see it daily.
- Candidate must have energy and fortitude, not a role for the faint of heart. There is a lot to be done. Must be able to prioritize.
- Metals industry experience would be great, especially casting or molten metal. Other types of experience: Chlorine, foundry, stamping but if have the right leadership and drive, that’s the main thing.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 7+ years of managerial experience in a multidiscipline EHS environment.
- Ideally, someone in the Midwest or previously from the Midwest.
- Experience working within a Union environment. Must be able to interact well with the hourly and union workers.
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS programs.
