Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

• Experience with Altera Digital Health a Harris Company is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

No block scheduling requests.

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply

Scheduling requirements: EOW, 12 hour shifts preferred.

Floating policy: Floats to like MST units (D1, F2). Float pool then Travelers generally float first.

Patient Experience requirements: Participation in daily MDRs on day shift Mon-Fri @ 1030-11/1115. Work with team for promotion of patient care excellence

Requested Skill Set: Telemetry competency strongly recommended, orthopedic and neurology focused care competencies,

Must have: Med/Surg skillset- head to toe assessment; orthopedic care knowledge; IV medication administration including management of Lasix drip, heparin drip, IVP metoprolol diltiazem and insulin IV or subQ; wound care including drain management and vacs; NGT/G tube care and parenteral nutrition; central line management- PICC/HD catheter/midlines; foley/nephrostomy/suprapubic catheter care; ostomy care; postoperative patient care.

Procedures performed on unit: NGT

Dress Code: (Required uniform) No required uniform- scrubs and closed toe shoes (no crocs)

Type of equipment : Hoyer lift, Automated BP machines, bladder scanner, remote telemetry monitoring, vein finder

Maximum days off: 10 days

2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required
