Role Purpose Statement

You'll be working onsite in San Jose, CA and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data and provide production and packing reports to operations. This is a standard day shift that will include 1 weekend day either (Saturday or Sunday).

Main Accountabilities

• Process key account billing
• Process charter billing – obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices
• Reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month
• Perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, eg flight checks
• Keep all files up to date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference.
• Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
• Work independently and within a team on special projects.
  

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1-2 year billing or related experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, preferred
• Strong math skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
• Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
