A well-established dealership in the Queens, NY area is looking for a driven Automotive Service Manager who knows how to keep both customers and technicians happy. Previous Service Manager experience in a dealership setting is required.

Responsibilities - Service Manager:
- Lead and develop a high-performing service team, from advisors to technicians
- Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Work closely with the parts and sales departments to ensure seamless operations
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Qualifications/Requirement - Service Manager:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in a dealership setting required
- Light and/or Heavy Duty Truck experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, motivation, and accountability
- A deep understanding of service operations, repair procedures, and customer service best practices
- Manufacturer certification or ASE credentials (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
