We’re currently seeking a Veterinary Lab Assistant to join our team!
In this essential behind-the-scenes role, you’ll support all departments in the processing, preparation, and coordination of laboratory diagnostics. Your attention to detail and ability to recognize abnormalities in samples will play a vital part in the care of our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone with veterinary experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Process and prepare lab samples including cytology's, urinalyses, and other in-house or send-out diagnostics
- Communicate with outside laboratories to coordinate submissions, confirm pricing, and track results
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring proper documentation and organization
- Monitor and recognize abnormalities in patient diagnostics and communicate findings to appropriate teams
- Support all departmentsnot assigned to just oneallowing for a dynamic and well-rounded experience
Who We’re Looking For:
- Veterinary experience is preferredthis role needs someone familiar with medical terminology and diagnostic processes
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort with medical record-keeping and data entry
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Clear and professional communication skills for internal teams and external lab coordination
