Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel RN - Neuro/MedSurg 6S

Shift:Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 18 weeks

Call: As Needed
Holidays: Required in rotation.
Weekends: Required in rotation.

Requirements:

• WA License
• 2 years of experience minimum
• Must have EPIC experience within past 2 years
• Should be well versed in cardiac arrythmias and are up to date on EKG competencies
• BLS
• NIHSS
• Plus 8 hours of neuro education annually

Other Details:

• # Beds: 30
• Types of Pts: Wide range, consisting of post-ictal seizure patients, new strokes with q2 hour neuro checks, s/p TPA/TNK, s/p craniectomies/burrholes, elective VEEG patients whereseizure are induced on the unit, amiodarone/diltiazem drips, s/p cardiac caths, s/p PM/ICD placement, s/p ablations, IVIG, plasmaphoresis. Overflow MedSurg patients, as needed.
