What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency for all fixed and mobile assets
- Leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians.
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs and schedules on both fixed and mobile equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Managing maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Manage inventory of parts for repairs on mobile and fixed equipment.
What Are We Looking For
- At least three (3) years of experience in a heavy industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
