Role Purpose Statement

We're on the hunt for an Information Services Coordinator (Production Coordinator) individual to join our team. First off, let's talk about what you'll be doing. You'll be providing production and packing reports to our operations department ensuring that airline meals are produced and packed with precision.

Main Accountabilities

How You'll Elevate Our Team
• Manually add flights and meal service codes to CBase
• Audit, print, sort, and deliver flight meal reports/diagrams to in-house stations
• Adhere to Airlines’ Customer Policies and Procedures
• Process required reports per request
• Complete the Task Shift Checklist in a timely manner
• Communicate up-to-date flight and meal information via email, phone, or two-way radio to required departments
• Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and management via available means
• Submit service tickets for issues or concerns within CBASE or the airline system
