Support Business Development.
Keep our President and Senior Sales on point.
We're NOT looking for an experienced Sales pro (or aspiring), but you have to like and know Sales.
We ARE looking for an administrative professional, who has previously supported Sales.
This opportunity will test your appreciation for Sales and Salespeople as you provide coordination and logistical support for our business development efforts, working directly with our most senior Sales Consultants, including our President.
The responsibilities of this role comprise a wide range of activities such as managing and coordinating meetings and schedules, CRM and other data management & reporting, inbound/outbound sales and client communications, Project Management, while also contributing to Business Development processes.
Travel will be required to support business development at 6 to 8 Sales Conferences throughout the year.
Responsibilities include:
Sales Support:
- Preparing sales decks, presentations, proposals and other materials.
- Sales data entry and reporting in our CRM.
- Attending 6 to 8 sales conferences and events per year to provide support and on-site coordination.
- Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Arranging travel, accommodations, and other logistical needs for conferences and client travel.
- Coordinating meetings, including capturing key points, preparing agendas and presentation decks/ materials.
- Supporting/providing executive assistance to the President in a wide range of areas.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Transcribing, drafting and editing emails, reports, and other business correspondence.
- Answering calls, e-mails and managing communication channels.
Record Management:
- Maintaining file organization and databases.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information in our Monday.com CRM.
- Preparing and organizing reports.
Customer Service:
- Responding to inbound inquiries and providing information about Company services.
- Receiving customer comments and determining resolution paths.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Education and Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience providing support in a sales-driven, Consulting or Services environment.
- A College or university diploma or degree or equivalent experience.
Must Haves
- A Valid Passport and ability/willingness totravel to the U.S. and other destinations, as required. Weekend travel will be required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRMs(Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Monday.com) and/or other database platforms.

This position has a hybrid working schedule with 3 days per week in our downtown Toronto office + 2 days remote per week, with flexible remote arrangements in the Summer months.
