Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Primarily night shifts (7p-7a) with potential for some dayshifts (7a-7p)
Alternating weekends and potential for holidays.
Primarily medical surgical with occasional float to special care unit.
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: COPD, CHF, Total joints, Hysters, general post ops.
Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience, prefer to have travel experience. Will train travelers on things they are unfamiliar with.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend- Fri, Sat, Sun.
Holiday Requirement: Rotate with perm staff.
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
