Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 18 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Shift: 4x12 or 3x12
Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend (Fri/Sat for night shift, Sat/Sun for day shift)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes- will float to like units (MS/Cardiac). Not IMC/ICU.
Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry.
Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.
Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, TR Band.
Required Endocrine/Metabolic Case Skills/Experience: IV insulin protocols.
Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Titrate Cardiac drips.
Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management.
Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.
Scrub Color: Any solid color scrubs.
RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.
