Internship Overview

Join us for our 2025 Summer Internship Program!

Following the success of last year, we’re excited to welcome interns to our team once again! You’ll gain valuable experience, contribute to innovation, and build your professional network.

This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle, helping you build foundational skills in sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top talent and support our growing organization!

Our Program Offers:

• 10 - 12 weeks of work experience:June 2rd–August 14th

• Internship is onsite in Irving, TX

Main Accountabilities

• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and social media campaigns.
• Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Create or update reports and maintain information in various systems
• Work on projects and other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Hospitality, or a related field at a Sophomore level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Passion for people, hiring, and organizational growth
• Able to learn quickly and work in a fast paced, autonomous environment
• Knowledge of LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP would be a plus
