Operations Delivery Analyst IV
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities of the Delivery Management Analyst include managing client delivery requests, schedules, deadlines, site projects, client test, controlling day-to-day synchronization of operational tasks directly with Ops Leads and Supervisors. Executing, tracking, and validating all incoming management and client requests are closed out timely, procedures followed, check logs and control protocols are adhered to.
To be successful as a Delivery Analyst, you should be analytical with strong attention to detail. The Delivery Analyst is to possess acute client awareness to make good judgements and quick decisions and should be able to interpret in coming client and operations data to identify potential client delivery impacts and work closely with Ops management to correct courses to mitigate impact on client delivery.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM CST
Pay Rage: $18 - $19.50
On Site In Plano, Texas
Supports Operations project coordination as it relates to Operations in specific phases/needs in alignment with Conduent and client’s expectations and business needs and as assigned by manager.
Facilitate team meetings and calls.
Maintain, monitor, and track Operations and client documentation, requests, and records.
Monitor Window Book and USPS Postal One dashboard to ensure manifest jobs are imported, uploaded, and finalized on the Business Customer Gateway.
Assist Operations management to pull daily Zapp postage by Job report volume and monitor job status according to SLA deadlines.
Assist Operations management to prepare daily reports/emails to support PAC billing data.
Review, monitor and track Operations system upgrades, changes, test print deployments, projects, and documentation.
Draft, monitor and track basic plans and milestones.
Identify and discuss to solve Operations issues and risks.
Coordinate with Operations staff and Warehouse to resolve inventory required on the production floor.
Assist Warehouse Lead to support inventory entries and inventory counts as needed.
Assist in areas, as required.
Excellent oral communication skills
Experience with databases and spreadsheets
Experience in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Will work with all Print and Mail Production team members. Close working relationship with Management and Client Advocates. Direct report to the Director, Service Delivery.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18-$19.50 hour.
