Sodexo is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager 3 - Food Services to oversee food operations at this 220-bed acute care facility located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a team consisting of 35 frontline employees, 1 Sodexo Sous Chef, and 2 Sodexo Managers
Oversee food operations including:
Patient Services – three meals a day
Retail Dining – $47K monthly volume
Catering Services – coffee, tea service, and special occasion events
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through frequent client interaction and strategic planning
Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure efficient operational execution
Maintain compliance with food safety standards and Sodexo policies
Serve as a key leader fostering communication, collaboration, and employee engagement

What You Bring:
Strong background in healthcare food service management
Experience with retail dining operations and financial management
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead diverse teams (union & non-union)
Experience in patient services and understanding of clinical collaboration
