The Clinical Nurse Educator is primarily responsible for onboarding and orienting new staff, facilitating ongoing education for current staff, and developing and updating clinical policies and procedures. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse Educator must be a consistent presence on the units to assist and guide other nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff competency are maintained.
