Behavior Technician (BT), you'll help children achieve life-changing milestones-like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

- Center-based - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite.
We Offer: - No RBT $16.25 to $17.00
- Sign On Bonus $1,000.
- Obtained your RBT Start at $17.00 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $21.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
- Pay based on experience, education, and performance

What We're Looking For: - 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
