As theDirector of Business and Operation Supportat Mosaic, you will be a key leader in overseeing the financial and operational functions of the organization. Your role is essential to ensuring the seamless and efficient administration of the company’s financial operations while also maintaining the highest standards of accreditation and compliance.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has the ability to blend financial management with strategic planning. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s operational success and its ability to meet its mission of providing meaningful support to the individuals we serve.

Leadership Skills:

  • Team Management: Hire, train, supervise, and coach direct reports to achieve desired results.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside leadership and other departments to achieve organizational goals and ensure company strategies are executed successfully.

Financial Management Skills:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage billing, accounts payable, financial records, and financial reporting.

  • Revenue & Budget Management: Prepare and distribute monthly revenue reports, oversee budgeting, and manage cost control initiatives.

  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure accurate pricing, insurance coding, and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid audits.

Operational Management Skills:

  • Process Development & Oversight: Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to meet accreditation standards.

  • Vendor Negotiation: Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors (e.g., Brightree) to support business operations.

  • Facility Management: Coordinate with property teams for lease management and facility maintenance.

Analytical Skills:

  • Financial Analysis: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reconcile accounts, and assist with the annual risk assessment and compliance plan.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and manage strategic plans, monitoring progress toward achieving company goals.

  • Report Generation: Prepare and distribute reports for management, including incentive compensation data.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Cross-Departmental Communication: Ensure effective communication with various teams, including sales, accounting, and compliance.

  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare reports for management, the compliance officer, and the compliance committee.

  • Human Resources Support: Assist in posting jobs, managing payroll reports, and providing notifications.

Adaptability & Organizational Skills:

  • Flexibility in Work: Manage flexible hours and extensive travel as needed.

  • Multitasking: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain organized files, accurate records, and ensure all procedures are followed correctly.

SALARY: $84,427 - $90,000

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business administration or related field or experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the DME field, including supervisory experience.
