Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from any number of months.
• BSN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

2 years of recent nursing experience in a Cardiovascular ICU or Critical Care ICU + One (1) year of recent nursing experience in Cardiovascular Laboratory and/or Electrophysiology Lab
Call is one week a month Monday thru Friday 5-7a Weekends and holidays 7a-7a.
No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No holiday RTO. No RTO on weekends.
Floating: Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. If your clinician refuses to float, they will be subject to cancelation. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency. If they are floated outside of their primary competency, the team-based model will be used.
Maximum days off: 5 days
