Experience:
• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >70 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Auto offers are sent to qualified clinicians based on submittal timestamp (first in, first offered) and require a response within 24 hours. To be eligible for an auto offer, the following criteria must be met: start within 2 weeks of the expected start date, not on the DNU list and have not been a previous employee at CoreCivic within the last 6 months, hold an active license without any disciplinary action, have 12 months of experience, and have no time off or scheduling requests.
Graduate from an accredited college, university or nursing program with a degree/diploma in nursing.
One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
Potential 36-48 rotation.
36 hour guarantee, but expected to have open availability to work per the CoreCivic Scheduling Policy.
