Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) is part of Amazon Payments Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve Global Seller's experience selling on Amazon worldwide. This role is on the ACC Sales team which drives customer adoption and awareness of our cross-currency products (Seller Wallet and Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers).
Our team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Account Executive to develop and execute a Direct Sales strategy to facilitate the adoption of our currency conversion products to highly strategic NA and EU based Selling Partners. This role will focus on building win-win relationships with highly strategic global selling partners. Specifically, this person will be responsible for not only creating and managing their sales pipeline, but taking ownership in driving sales related projects, and owning goals and reporting on particular categories or territory responsibilities. This person will directly interface with executive level contacts of prospective Selling Partners to facilitate all stages of a sale. The best candidate will create and drive proposals, business cases, and responses to customers' business requirements and take a consultative sales approach.
Key responsibilities include consulting with seller business owners to understand their currency conversion/financial challenges and goals, developing tailored business plans, and serving as their trusted advisor for long-term success on Amazon. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to advocate for your portfolio of sellers and help them navigate Amazon's currency conversion products. Additionally, this role will take on ownership in driving sales related Go-To-Market projects, participate in team and organization level business reviews, and own individual acquisition and financial goals.
Successful Account Executives will:
· Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining a high quality of work.
· Have a the proven ability to recruit and manage Tier 1 Selling Partners.
· Drive new adoption while ensuring retention of existing adopters.
· Drive business reviews and perform analysis to understand sales trends and drivers and develop recommendations on how to grow the business.
· Develop a thorough understanding of the specific market segments, seasonality and global business trends/events
· Partner with other Amazon teams to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing seller base.
Key job responsibilities
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective adopters.
Consistently hit sales targets.
Manage existing in-year acquisitions.
Balance acquisition and financial goals across two products (ACCS and Seller Wallet)
Own facilitating Go-To-Market strategies of product feature launches for the Sales team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
