C.N.A./Nursing Assistant

*Effective May 26, 2024 this position will be a 12 hour shift for Tele 3200

Range reflects certification status.

Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and according to established procedure, performs routine service duties and basic patient/resident care procedures necessary to provide comfort and safety of patients. In doing so, takes vital signs, assists patients with personal hygiene and feeds and ambulates patients/residents. Maintains patient/resident environment in a clean and orderly condition.

Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred; required if assigned to the TCU.
2. Current CPR certification required (American Heart Association only)
3. One year experience in acute hospital setting preferred.
4. MAB certificate required within 6-months of hire.
