Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive, individualized ABA treatment plans based on formal assessments and observations

  • Supervise RBTs and provide weekly support and training

  • Conduct parent and caregiver training (minimum 1 hour/week)

  • Deliver direct services when needed

  • Administer and score formal assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2)

  • Maintain timely documentation and reports per Breakthrough and insurance requirements

  • Determine and develop necessary programming materials

  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure client success

  • Perform fidelity checks and interobserver agreement

  • Lead staff trainings and ensure accurate program implementation

  • Attend clinical and operational meetings

  • Meet all productivity and compliance expectations

  • Travel as needed for in-home service delivery

  • Uphold all Breakthrough ABA policies and supervise compliance among direct reports

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $50-$65 hour (commensurate with experience)

  • Part-Time Options Available

  • Shifts: Flexible and based on your availability

  • Location: Beaumont, TX

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB

  • Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with TDLR

  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number

  • Current CAQH profile

  • Completion of BACB-required 8-hour supervision training

  • Current CPR Certification
