Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RN’s - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. Open book exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Medical, surgical, and orthopedics
Floating Requirements: PCU or Burn
Frequency of staff taking a 1:6 ratio: At least once a week
Number of shifts of unit/department specific orientation: First week is classroom and then 2-12 hour shifts on the floor
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided: Navy blue
Maximum days off: 7 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
